Team Running Camps and Track Clinics

Track Star USA’s “Team” Running Camps and Track Clinics are available all around the country and provide a great opportunity for track, cross country, and even football athletes to work with our staff to help improve the quality of each “athlete” as well as their speed, power, acceleration (sprinters and football players), and endurance (distance runners).

With the “Team” Running Camps and Track Clinics, Track Star USA coaches will come to your school, or any location and they will run a 2.5 day, 3 day, or 5 day clinic that has two sessions a day with each session being three hours long (examples below).  Each session will have an hour and a half of classroom instruction and group discussions followed by an hour and a half of training.  Track Star USA’s “Team” Running Camps and Track Clinics are designed to work specifically with the hosting school’s coach, athletic director, or club and require a minimum of eight and a maximum of twelve athletes per session (two sessions required).

Private Camps and Clinics

Private camps and clinics are closed to the general public and other schools and are held exclusively for that school or club (check with your high school’s athletic association to see if this violates any state regulations).  Scheduling the closed clinics is handled exclusively by the track coach and athletic director of the hosting school.  In the event that your state regulations prohibit your school from having a private camp, an open camp can be set-up (see below).    If you want to bring Track Star USA to your location to host a “Team” Running Camp or Track Clinic, you will need to send an email to trackstarusa@gmail.com to inquire about registering a date and setting up payment arrangements.  Once the date is locked in, payment is due 14 days prior to the clinic date.

Open Camps and Clinics (Public Registration)

If Track Star USA’s “Team” Running Camps and Track Clinics are open to the public, a small school can invite neighboring schools and members of the community to participate.  Coaches, parents, and athletic directors can work together with our staff and setup a date and location and then have an open registration for participants.  Once the minimum number of athletes (16 total) has been met, payment arrangements can be made.  If you want to bring Track Star USA to your location to host a “Team” Running Camp or Track Clinic, you will need to send an email to trackstarusa@gmail.com to inquire about registering a date and setting up payment arrangements.

2.5 Day Clinic (Friday-Saturday-Sunday) – $70 per athlete

The 2.5 day clinic is designed to allow coaches and student-athletes to participate during the school year without having to plan around holidays or other school functions.  In the 2.5 day clinic, all of the athletes participating in all sessions will meet after school Friday and attend a classroom seminar with group work and classroom instruction and a training session to follow.  The athletes will then report to their appropriate morning and afternoon sessions on Saturday and Sunday.  Friday will be the only day that both sessions will be combined into one because school is in session earlier in the day.  A training session will follow the classroom instruction/group work and include all athletes.  Then, Saturday and Sunday will have two sessions; each being an hour and a half of classroom instruction and group work followed by another hour and a half training session with an event specific workout.  To learn more send an email to trackstarusa@gmail.com.

3 Day Clinic – $85 per athlete

The 3 day clinic is designed to allow coaches and student-athletes to possibly participate during the school year during a holiday break such as winter break or spring break (popular) or during the summer (best).  In the 3 day clinic, the athletes will report to their appropriate sessions (an itinerary will be coordinated through the hosting school’s coach or athletic director).  Each day will have two sessions; each being an hour and a half of classroom instruction and group work followed by another hour and a half training session with an event specific workout.  To learn more send an email to trackstarusa@gmail.com.

5 Day Clinic – $150 per athlete

The 5 day clinic is designed to allow coaches and student-athletes to possibly participate during the school year during a holiday break such as winter break or spring break (popular) or during the summer (best).  In the 5 day clinic, the athletes will report to their appropriate sessions (an itinerary will be coordinated through the hosting school’s coach or athletic director).  Each day will have two sessions; each being an hour and a half of classroom instruction and group work followed by another hour and a half training session with an event specific workout.  The advantage of the 5 day clinic is that athletes get to experience a wide variety of workouts for an entire week.  To learn more send an email to trackstarusa@gmail.com.
